Incursion is coming out in three parts according to CCP's dev blog. The first part looks to solve some of the basic fixes that would be appreciated, like balancing rocket and setting it up so that "mini-citadel torpedoes/cruise missiles" will creAte less lag. I'm unclear on how exactly this works, but I do know that it is a much needed improvement. CCP has also released the incursion trailer, which looks cool, but doesn't showcase anything us pvpers can look forward to. Still, it makes me happy to think that PvE will become more challenging for those who continue down that path.
In other incursion news, it appears learning skills are going bai come mid December. That means all of us who've trained em get the sp back, and those fools who didn't get 12 more attribute points. Yes, thetas 2 more than the max you can normal have now(not countin implants). Which means faster training times. It also means that my three characters will have 1.7-2.4 more sp each to redistribute!!! I see command ships and carriers and dreads in my future, if I can afford the books >(.
Oh, and as I have been extraordinarily busy, I still need to get 6 more kills for this month. School is really a pain if you want to play eve all the time. However, I think I have my priorities set.
